Our Mission

When you know who you truly are, separate from what other people want or expect of you, you are better equipped to build a life that you love. 

I specialize in assisting people to find and develop their authentic selves.

Life is filled with ups and downs, and this is in part what makes it interesting. But who wouldn't like a confidant and facilitator to assist them to get through some of the challenges that life presents? Someone whose only agenda is for you to have what's on your agenda. Most coaches, including me, have a coach of their own. There is no substitute for this powerful process.

My intent is for coaching to be a fun and joyful experience, filled with celebrations and laughter mixed in with the work at hand. Life is serious, but it doesn't have to be heavy.
